Objectives
The project has two main objectives; on the one hand to strengthen Polish public administration human resources in ethical issues reflecting the actions taking place in the civil service of the EU member states and the medium-term priorities identified in the Accession Partnership directed to civil service corps’ members and on the other to create new social attitudes towards Polish Administration. The project provides for the elaboration of quantitative and qualitative surveys, the organization of training seminars for civil service corps’ members, the design and implementation of a distance learning programme and the constant interaction with the media on the project activities.
