Objectives
The project objective was the elaboration of a study to identify and determine the existing conflicts, contradictions, repetitions, gaps and ambiguities which afflict the legal certainty, the transparency, the functionality, the speed and effectiveness of the activities of the Operational Programme for Education and Lifelong Learning and which impede the coordination of the relevant authorities and stakeholders in the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs and any other competent Ministries and Authorities.
