Objectives
The programme aimed to provide scientific and technical support to the Ministry of Health and Welfare for the implementation of innovative interventions in the social welfare. Specifically, independent studies appraising the legislative proposals were conducted and specific regulatory provisions were drafted.

The Centre for European Constitutional Law was responsible for the scientific coordination of the project
