Objectives
Multiple Framework contracts aim to recruit technical assistance for short-term expertise for exclusive benefit of third countries benefiting from external aid. The assistance will cover any stage of the project cycle: identification, implementation, evaluations (interim, ex-post etc.), preparation of Terms of Reference (services, works, supplies) etc. with the exception of audits.
