Objectives
The project objective is the development of a Guide for Public Consultation aimed to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the regional unit of the confederation of civil servants. The purpose of this Guide is to examine the philosophy, logic and especially the essence of public consultation through best practises and the achievement of transparency and accountability in public policies in the context of good governance. The Guide focuses in particular on the basic concepts of public consultation, on consultation methods and tools, on public consultation techniques, on implementation examples in various areas of public administration and on best practises at European and international level.
