Objectives
The project’s objective was to present a comprehensive study of the existing regulatory natinal and international framework in the field of tele-communications. The study’s outcome has taken the form of concrete proposals for legislative amendments and policy guidelines necessary to overcome institutional restrictions hindering the effective application of Information Society in Greece.

Implementing Institutions
The Centre for European Constitutional Law was responsible for the scientific co-ordination of the Project.
